Some Updates!
Sorry I have neglected this blog more than I would have liked - but you know, life gets in the way. I would really like to start blogging more in anticipation for maybe starting a podcast let me know what you guys think. The podcast can range in topics from beers and wine to web design and new gadgets - I just want people to get more involved.
So with that I want to recommend some wines that I really enjoy. The first wine is from Lopez Island Vineyards, the Madeleine Angevine 2007 ($18). This wine is fantastic smooth, I am not a HUGE wine drinker but I am enjoying it more and more. This wine is probably one of the best white wines I have had! This wine is also even better if you decanter it for about 3-4 hours before drinking. If you are into food pairing this wine goes great with seafood. So if you are in the Puget Sound and are lucky enough to grab a bottle it is WELL worth it.
So please come back often and if you haven’t subscribed to the RSS feed please do so to stay up with the updates!

Hey Mr. C~ Although I don’t drink often, about once or twice a year, it’s usually my fave, a Pino Noir that Erik buys…can’t think of the the brand, but oh baby, it’s smooth and just delightful going down the palate. Glad to see you blogging again!
Hello to Jamie!

Rick and I went to Lopez Island Vineyards a couple of years ago on a bicycling trip. We just “happened” upon the vineyards and Madeleine Angevine was the one we picked after going through “wine tasting”. Their dessert wines were also good, but as it was we could only buy one bottle since the only room we had was in the water bottle cage on my bicycle.
Glad you got to visit this place. Rick’s dad wants to take us to some vineyards in the Walla Walla area..says there are some really good ones there!
See ya, MOM
